Hi!! I know that it has been a long time since I have posted on here! But things have been a little crazy here with the Shields' Family! TJ deployed towards the end of January and well we went home to Mississippi for a while! So here are a few pictures from our way home!! :-)

I know it has been a while but things have been crazy in the Shields' Family!! Well TJ deployed at the end of January!! He is in Qatar! He is doing alright! He misses us just as we miss him!! :-( But the kids are doing better! We are down in Mississippi for Lily's birthday right now. We are celerbrating her 2nd birthday on the 21st her Birthday is really on the 25th but that is ok! :-) She wont know any better!! haha but we are headed back up to IL next Thursday!! We like our own beds and house! :-)

Just an update!!

Well I know it has been a while and I have yet to even post pictures of Thanksgiving or Christmas on here I just feel like we have been in a world wind since getting back from our vacation home! Tj leaves for a 6 month deployment in like 17 days! It seems like time is just flying by but hopefully it will just fly right on by!! That is the 6 months he is gone! :-D But we are doing good other than being crazy! The kids are getting big...Peyton is now crawl/scooting every where...Lily is able to climb on anything! So they are both in to everything! :-D But that is what makes life fun!! :-) But just a little update!! Love yall

Playing Dress Up!!

LOL...so as you all know TJ is deploying in January, and they have to go through all of these touch up training before they leave so last week he went through what they call Expeditionary combat skills training...when he got home I made him put all of the gear back on...I thought Lily would be scared but she thought it was funny!! :-D

The Christmas Tree!!

So we got a Christmas tree!! They were giving the away on base so we got one for free!! But we had a great time decorating it! Lily was so excited!! But she got a little too excited about the gifts!! I think we ended up re wrapping on of my nieces, my moms and one of Peyton's!! :-) Oh well that is life! :-D But it should be fun to see her unwrap all of the gifts this year!!

Winter is for sure here!!

Ok so winter is for sure here!! It has been pretty cold and one day we where getting ready to go some where and I had gotten the kids dress and I just had to take a picture they look like they can't even move!! :-) This should be a sign that we are from the south!! LOL

Thanksgiving!
